Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Tolga Oy, trading as Snapply, a sole trader in the United Kingdom (“we”). By using Snapply you accept them.

1. The service

Snapply fills job application forms from information you provide, remembers answers you confirm, and can draft text with AI. Snapply never submits an application for you.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything submitted in your applications. Review every page before you submit. Make sure the information, including any AI-drafted text, is true and complete. Snapply checks drafts against your CV but cannot guarantee accuracy or that a site accepts every value.

3. Accounts

You need a Google account to use the hosted service. Keep your account secure and use Snapply only for your own applications. You must be 16 or older.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan is free. Pro costs £9.99 per month or £79 per year, including any applicable VAT, billed in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the extension (Manage subscription); Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

5. Cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of first subscribing for a full refund. If you use Pro features during those 14 days, you agree that the service starts immediately and we may deduct an amount for what you used. To cancel, email hello@snapply.co.uk.

6. Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no automated mass applications, reverse engineering, attempts to access other users’ data, or applying on behalf of others without their permission. AI allowances are per account and per calendar month.

7. Availability and changes

Application sites change often; we work to keep Snapply compatible but cannot guarantee it works on every site at all times. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue Pro we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise we are not liable for the outcome of any job application, or for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Snapply and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
